冠心病患者冠状动脉造影结果与中医证型相关性研究进展

冠心病患者冠状动脉造影结果与中医证型相关性的研究主要涵盖中医证型与冠状动脉病变支数、冠状动脉狭窄程度、冠状动脉病变程度、冠状动脉病变部位4个方面的相关性。研究表明,痰浊血瘀证型患者的冠状动脉病变支数更多,冠状动脉狭窄程度更严重,但冠状动脉病变程度、冠状动脉病变部位与中医证型的关系尚不明确。目前研究尚存在中医证型诊断标准不统一、样本量不足等问题,有待于进一步的探索与拓展。参考文献41篇。

Advances in Study on Correlation Between Coronary Angiography Results and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

In recent years,studies on the correlation between coronary angiography results and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease mainly include four aspects:the correlation between TCM syndromes and the number of stenosed coronary vessel,the degree of coronary artery stenosis,the severity of coronary artery disease,and the location of coronary artery disease.According to the results of the studies,patients with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome has more stenosed coronary vessels and their coronary artery stenosis is more serious.However,the relationship between TCM syndromes and the severity of coronary artery disease,and the location of coronary artery disease is still unclear.At present,there are still problems such as inconsistent diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes and insufficient sample size in the studies,which need to be further explored and expanded.There are 41 references.
