小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎中医研究概述

小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)归属中医学肺炎喘嗽范畴,病因有外感、内伤之分。病理因素与热、毒、湿、痰、瘀、虚有关,且常兼夹为患。中医药对于小儿RMPP的治疗仍以内治法为主,治疗上或清热解毒,活血化瘀;或清热化痰,祛瘀通络;或清热利湿通络;或益气健脾为主,佐以祛痰通络。与中药穴位贴敷、拔罐疗法等外治法配合治疗,临床效果较好。参考文献31篇。

Study Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Refractory Mycoplasmal Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

Refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP)in children belongs to the category of pneumonia asthma and cough in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The etiology is divided into exogenous and internal injuries.The pathological factors are related to heat,toxin,dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency,and they are often combined.TCM still focuses on internal therapy for the treatment of RMPP in children.Treatment lies in clearing away heat and toxin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;or clearing away heat and phlegm,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals;or clearing away heat,removing dampness and dredging collaterals;or mainly for replenishing qi and invigorating the spleen,accompanied by expelling phlegm and dredging collaterals.Cooperating with external treatment methods such as Chinese medicine acupoint application and cupping therapy,the clinical effect is better.There are 31 references.
