Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation electromagnetic pulse pumping system based on arterial pressure waveform

To establish a gradient coil-permanent magnet model based on the principle of electromagnetics,we designed a new type of electromagnetically driven pulsatile blood pump,mainly included of driving device,pump head device,cooling system and extracorporeal circulation pipelines.The pulsatile blood pump movement rate was close to the normal human heart rate,imitated the rhythm of the heart,and generated pulsatile blood flow to realize pulsatile pumping.By setting up an experimental platform,the parameters such as flow,pressure and arterial pressure waveform of the extrawrporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)pulse pump system based on electromagnetic drive were collected.Experimental results showed that the relevant performance of the electromagnetic driven ECMO pulsatile pump system basically met the requirements of ECMO auxiliary circulation,achieved the arterial pressure waveform fitting and pulsatile perfusion.It has great significance to the development of cardiopulmonary bypass.
