| 摘 要： | 中医药治疗中风后抑郁疗效确切.临床辨治中风后抑郁多责之于肝,因肝主疏泄、调畅情志,治疗多从肝论治,以疏肝解郁为治疗大法.在梳理古代中医文献与现代医学文献的基础上,探讨益气温阳法治疗中风后抑郁,为临床辨治中风后抑郁打开思路,提供多维视角.

| Abstract: | The treatment for post-stroke depression with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effective.According to syndrome differentiation,post-stroke depression usually involves liver for liver governs the free flow of qi and regulates emotions.Therefore,the treatment should aim at liver with soothing the liver and resolving constraint as the major principle.Through summarizing the ancient and modern literature of TCM,we explored using the method of supplementing qi and warming yang to treat post-stroke depression,so as to provide a multi-dimensional perspective for clinical treatment. |
