| 摘 要： | 对3～14岁的572名正常儿童分别测量直肠和腋下或口腔和腋下温度,分析不同年龄小儿的体温正常值范围及不同测温法的相互关系,发现小儿体温随年龄增长呈逐渐下降趋势,不同年龄阶段小儿体温正常值经统计学处理有显著差异。由此认为判定小儿有否发热应注意年龄因素.

| Abstract: | Oral or rectal and axillary temperatures were measured in 572 children at the age of 3~<14 years,using mercury-in-glass thermometers. The normal temperature range and the relationship between oral or rectal and axillary temperature measurements were made in these children. It was found that the child's normal temperature tend to decrease gradually with increasing age and it differs significantly between the different age groups. When you judge a child's temperature to be normal or not,the age should be considered. |
