| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在青年女性急腹症时的应用及意义。方法回顾性分析450例青年女性急腹症患者行腹腔镜探查治疗的资料。结果450例均完成腹腔镜探查，发现急性阑尾炎176例，肠粘连40例，肠梗阻20例，急性盆腔炎85例，卵巢输卵管疾病35例，原发性腹膜炎50例，急性结石性胆囊炎44例；435例在腹腔镜下完成了治疗，治疗成功率96．7％（95．0％～98．3％）。结论腹腔镜对青年女性急腹症的诊断及治疗具有独特的优势，在鉴别诊断中尤有价值。可发现腹部外科以外的妇科情况并进行治疗，可减少漏诊和误诊、误治，疗效可靠。
