| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者血清中胱抑素C(CysC)水平和意义,以及CysC在评估肾小球滤过功能中的意义。方法采用颗粒增强散射比浊法测定60例糖尿病肾病患者血清中的CysC,常规生化测定血肌肝(Scr),并以40例健康体验血清为参照组。结果糖尿病肾病患者血清CysC水平明显高于健康对照组,且敏感性显著高于Scr。结论CysC是一种能灵敏反应肾小球滤过功能的标志物,能早期发现糖尿病患者的肾脏病变。
