农村艾滋病流行区艾滋病相关知识、态度调查分析

目的:通过调查农村艾滋病流行区大众人群艾滋病相关知识和态度,为农村艾滋病预防和控制提供技术支持。方法:通过整群抽样,从安徽省南方和北方既往以有偿献血造成艾滋病流行的地区各抽取一个县,对入选的5 355名调查对象开展艾滋病知识和态度的调查,并分析艾滋病相关知识知晓率和歧视态度的分布特点。结果:调查对象艾滋病知识平均知晓率为66.92%,有关艾滋病病毒传播途径的认识误区比例较高。艾滋病知识知晓率在不同性别(t=4.00,P<0.001)、不同职业(F=277.75,P<0.001)和不同教育程度(F=333.54,P<0.001)之间差异均有统计学意义;尽管调查对象"给予艾滋病患者和感染者同情和帮助"的比例较高,但仍存在较高比例的歧视现象。结论:安徽省艾滋病流行区大众人群艾滋病知识知晓率仍然较低,对艾滋病病毒感染者和患者持有歧视态度的比例仍然较高。

Knowledge of and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS in rural epidemic areas

Objective：To explore the knowledge of HIV/AIDS and attitudes towards this disease among the populace in rural areas with AIDS epidemic for providing the technical support of the disease prevention and control.Methods：By cluster sampling methods,we conducted the survey in 5355 subjects from both south and north Anhui province,where AIDS was epidemic due to paid blood donation,on the knowledge of and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS,and analyzed the percentage of the AIDS knowledge and typical discrimination.Results：66.92% of the subjects had general knowledge on HIV/AIDS,but most of them seemed poor in HIV transmission.The knowledge on HIV/AIDS was statistically different concerning sexes（t=4.00,P0.001）,occupation（F=277.75,P0.001） and educational background（F=333.54,P0.001）.Discrimination against the HIV/AIDS victims remained prevalent,though the subjects surveyed appeared compassionate with the victims and ready to give help.Conclusion：The populace in rural areas of Anhui province with AIDS epidemic seemed relatively poor in knowledge of HIV/AIDS and generally remained discrimination against the victims of HIV/AIDS.
