ICU患者血离子钙与APACHEⅡ评分相关性分析

目的：观察ICU患者血离子钙（iCa）水平与APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。方法：选择南京市浦口医院2011-01—2011-12入住ICU临床资料完整的55例危重病患者为研究对象。入ICU后抽取动脉血测定iCa，行APACHEⅡ评分，分析iCa水平与APACHEⅡ评分相关性。根据APACHEⅡ分值分为A组（≥20分）和B组（〈20分）。根据治疗结果，出院病人分为存活组和死亡组。结果：A组iCa明显低于B组患者（P〈0．01）；A组患者病死率明显高于B组患者（P〈0．01）。死亡组患者的APACHEⅡ评分分值明显高于存活组APACHEⅡ评分分值（P〈0．05）及LAC水平（P〈0．05）。死亡组患者的iCa明显低于存活组患者（P〈0．05）。差异均有统计学意义。iCa水平与APACHEⅡ评分呈负相关（P〈0．05）。结论：①ICU患者中低钙血症发生率高。②动脉血iCa水平与APACHEⅡ评分有相关性。

Correlation analysis between blood calcium ion and APACHE Ⅱ score in ICU patients

Objective： To observe the relevance between APACHE II score and calcium ion level in blood of ICU patients. Method：55 critical patients enrolled in ICU of Hospital of PuKou NanJing, from January 2011 to December 2011 were cellected. Arterial blood iCa were detected and the APACHE II score were evaluated after the patients were enrolled in ICU,thus the relevance between iCa level and APACHE were evaluated. Based on the APACHE II score, patients were divided into two groups, group A（〈20 scores） and group B（〈20 scores）. According to treatment outcome, discharge patients were divided into two groups, death group and survival group. Result： iCa level in group A is significantly lower than that in group B（t= 2.73, P〈0.01）. Mortality in group A is higher than that in group B （P〈0.01）. APACHE II score in death group were greatly higher than that in survival group （APACHE II ,P〈0.05）. iCa level in death group was more lower than that in survival group（P〈0.05）. Differences of level of iCa between death group and survival group were significant in statistic, relationship between iCa level and APACHE II score was negative relevance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：OIncidence of hypocalcacmia was high in ICU patients. （2）iCa in arterial blood and APACHE II score have relevance.
