| 摘 要： | 目的分析2012年我县儿童疾病病例报告情况,为制定儿童疾病防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法根据我县3所县级医疗机构和11个乡镇卫生院上报的2012年0-通讯作者14周岁全年发病儿童疾病排列汇总数据,并对门诊和住院病例分别进行了分析和排序后进行统计处理。结果 2012年全县县、乡医疗机构儿童报告疾病病种达35种之多,呼吸道疾病和胃肠道疾病为儿童所患主要的报告病种。结论通过对全县县、乡医疗保健机构儿童疾病谱排序,做到对儿童常见多发疾病的掌握,采取切实可行的防范和治疗措施,制定综合有效的防治策略,切实保障儿童身体健康。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Analysis of the 2012 county reported cases of children＇s diseases, develop strategies and initiatives to provide scientific basis for disease control. METHOD According to the data of 0 -通讯作者14 aged annual incidence of children diseases arranged summory reported by 3 county-level medical institutions and 11 township, outpatients and inpatients were analyzed and sorted for statistical processing. RESULTS In 2012, county and township medical institutions for children contained more than 35 types of reported diseases, respiratory diseases and gastrointestinal diseases are the main reporedt disease. CONCLUSION Through the county health- care system spectrum sort of childhood diseases, mastery of common diseases, taking practical preventive and treatment measures to develop comprehensive and effective prevention strategies to effectively protect the health of children. |
