| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨年轻患者宫颈癌放疗中预防阴道粘连及狭窄的护理方法.方法 对63例患者实施阴道冲洗、感染控制及性康复护理等,观察治疗效果.结果 随访63例,失访5例,发生Ⅰ级阴道毒性反应6例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级2例,余有性伴侣患者有规律的性生活,基本满意,有效提高了患者的生存质量.结论 有效的护理可减轻阴道粘连及狭窄的发生,提高患者的生存质量.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the treatment of young cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy prevention vaginal adhesions and stenosis care. METHODS 63 cases of young patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy implementation vaginal douching care, infection control and sexual rehabilitation care, observe treatment effect. RESULTS 63 cases Follow-up of, 5 cases were lost, grade Ⅰ vaginal toxicity occurred six cases, grade Ⅱ vaginal toxicity occurred four cases, grade Ⅲ vaginal toxicity occurred 2 cases. Patients had a sexual partner had a regular sex life, which received general satisfaction, effectively improved the patient＇s quality of life. CONCLUSION Effective nursing could reduce vaginal adhesions and stenosis, and improve the patient＇s quality of life . |
