子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后出血疗效分析

目的探讨介入超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法对28例难治性产后出血患者行超选择性子宫动脉造影证实后,用新鲜的明胶海绵颗粒混合抗生素栓塞子宫动脉,术后随访1~2年观察疗效。结果本组治疗28例产后出血患者,全部成功栓塞双侧子宫动脉,术后阴道流血停止,术后12月内28例患者均恢复规律月经,有3例在24个月后再次怀孕。结论超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗难治性产后出血,是一种安全、创伤小及疗效显著的方法。

Analysis on Uterine Artery Embolization for the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE Investigate the involvement super selection uterine artery embolization treatment of postpartum hemorrhage clinical efficacy. METHODS 28 cases of patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage super-selective angiography after uterine artery, gelatin sponge particles with fresh mixed antibiotics uterine artery embolization, postoperative follow-up effects were observed within 1~2 years. RESULTS The treatment group 28 cases of postpartum hemorrhage have all successful uterine artery embolization, after which the vaginal bleeding stopped, 28 patients were restored regular menstrual after 12 months, there are 3 cases in pregnant again after 24 months. CONCLUSION Super selection of uterine artery embolization intractable postpartum hemorrhage is a safe, minimal invasive and significant effect method.
