整体护理干预对骨科创伤手术患者焦虑心理的影响

目的：探讨整体护理干预措施对骨科创伤手术患者焦虑心理的影响。方法经患者知情同意及医院伦理委员会批准，将84例骨科创伤手术患者按照入院时间的先后分为对照组和实验组，每组42例。对照组42例患者接受骨科创伤手术常规护理，实验组患者接受整体护理，比较2组患者护理干预前后状态-特质焦虑问卷（ SAI）和亚森失眠量表（ AIS）的评分情况。结果实验组患者护理干预后SAI评分明显下降（干预前：46．56±7．58，干预后：32．35±5．45），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组患者护理干预后SAI评分改变不明显，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；护理干预后2组患者SAI评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。实验组患者治疗后与治疗前比较睡眠明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论整体护理干预措施对骨科创伤手术患者焦虑心理明显有效，可消除患者的焦虑，明显改善患者睡眠情况，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the anxiety of orthopedic trauma surgical patients

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the anxiety of orthopedic trauma surgical patients .Methods In accordance with the chronological order of admission into the hospital , 84 orthopedic trauma surgical patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：the control group and the experimental group , each consisting of 42 patients.The 42 pa-tients in the control group received routine care after orthopedic trauma surgery , while the patients in the experimental group received comprehensive care.Then, effects of nursing were compared between patients of the 2 groups.Results SAI scores for the patients of the experimental group were significantly reduced after treatment , as compared with those before treatment , with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, while no significant differences could be seen in SAI scores for the patients of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention had significant effects on the anxiety of orthopedic trauma surgical patients .It could eliminate the patients′anxiety, improve sleep, and was worth further clinical application .
