序贯疗法治疗细菌性阴道病的临床研究

目的 观察由甲硝唑泡腾片、乳酸菌阴道胶囊14 d序贯疗法治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效和安全性.方法 采取随机、双盲对照的研究方法,将2010年5月-2012年7月在我院就诊并确诊的356例细菌性阴道病患者,随机分为治疗组（甲硝唑泡腾片与乳酸菌阴道胶囊序贯治疗组）和对照组（甲硝唑泡腾片治疗组）各178例.连续用药14 d,分别于给药后2周和停药1个月、3个月后进行临床疗效、微生物疗效和复发率比较.结果 两组患者治疗后症状与体征均得到有效控制,但治疗组在停药3个月后的临床症状和微生物检查的复发率均为0,对照组的复发率分别为11.3％、26.2％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 甲硝唑泡腾片与乳酸菌阴道胶囊序贯治疗细菌性阴道病效果满意、复发率低,可作为治疗细菌性阴道病的新选择推广应用.

Clinical Research of a Sequential Therapy on BV

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect and safety of the 14-day sequential therapy with combination of metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet and lactobacillus vagina capsule on BV. METHODS In a random and double-blind trial, 356 adults from May 2010 to July 2012 diagnosed with BV in our hospital were divided into treatment group（metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet and lactobacillus vagina capsule sequential group） and control group（metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet group）, 178 cases in each group. After continuous administration for 14 days, curative effect and the recurrence rates of the clinical symptoms and treatment were compared. RESULT Symptoms and signs of patients in two groups were all controlled effectively, but the recurrence rates of the clinical symptoms and microbiological assay on the day of after administration and 1 months and 3 months after microbiological assay were all 0 compared to 11.3% and 26.2% in control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The sequential therapy with combination of metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablet and lactobacillus vagina capsule on BV is effective and in a low recurrence rate, and worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice as a new options.
