深圳市罗湖区社区高血压综合防治现状及存在的问题分析

目的 了解罗湖区社区高血压综合防治现状,为开展高血压综合防治工作提供科学依据.方法 利用罗湖区开展社区高血压综合防治工作10年资料,分析目前社区高血压流行现状和存在的问题.结果 罗湖区15岁以上居民高血压患病率为15.43％,低于全国同期水平;高血压知识知晓率为60.81％,高血压治疗率为49.32％,高血压控静]率为25.68％,均高于全国同期水平.居民体育锻炼（58.97％）达到较好的水平,而盐（8.12g/天）和油（46.0 9/天）的摄入量还有待于进一步控制;男性吸烟（46.61％）、饮酒（37.13％）等行为危险因素需进一步控制.结论政府主导,多部门合作,以社区健康服务机构和社区工作站为基点,以健康教育为主导措施,以降低危险因素为目标的干预策略,针对高危人群和病人实施三级预防机制,对罗湖区社区高血压综合防治工作而言是一条低投入、高效益的战略决策.

Analysis on the Status and Problems of Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Hypertension in Luohu District Community

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of comprehensive prevention and control of hypertension in Luohu District community, and to provide scientific evidence for comprehensive prevention and hypertension control work. METHODS Luohu District community hypertension prevention and control work data during 10 years was used, analysis and？the problems of prevalence of hypertension in community. RESULTS Among Luohu District residents aged above 15 years, the hypertensionprevalence rate was 15.43%, lower than the national level of the same period; the awareness rate of hypertensionwas 60.81%, hypertension treatment rate was 49.32%, control rate of hypertension was 25.68%, higher than the national level of the same period. Residents of physical exercise （58.97%）reached a high level, but the salt（8.12g/days） and oil（46.0g/days） intake remains to be further control; male smokers （46.61%）, alcohol（37.13%）and other behavioral risk factors need further control. CONCLUSION Government-led muhi-sectoral cooperation in community health service agencies and community workstation were the basis, use health education measures, use intervention strategies to reduce risk factors for target, mechanism of implementing 3-level prevention for high-risk groups and patients to cure hypertension in community of Luohu District caving is the strategic decision of a low cost and high benefits.
