As_2O_3对消化道肿瘤的VEGF、nm23表达的影响

目的通过观察消化道肿瘤术前短时间、小剂量三氧化二砷(As2O3)应用,探讨As2O3对消化道肿瘤的VEGF、nm23表达的影响。方法分别在手术前给8例确诊为消化道肿瘤的患者As2O3治疗3天。在用药前内镜下和手术中提取患者的病理组织。利用免疫组织化学法检测6例胃癌和2例肠癌组织中的VEGF、nm23表达情况。结果应用As2O3注射液化疗后与用药前比较,肿瘤组织中VEGF表达下调,nm23表达上调。结论体内实验证实,As2O3可以通过下调VEGF及上调nm23抑制肿瘤的浸润与转移。

Effect of As2O3 on gastrointestinal cancer expression of nm23 and VEGF

Objective Through the short preoperative observation of gastrointestinal cancer,and the expression changes of VEGF and nm23 by using low-dose As2O3,this experiment discuss the efficacy of chemotherapy by using As2O3.Methods 8 patients diagnosed as gastrointestinal cancer were given As2O3 treatment respectively for three days before surgery.Pathological tissues were extracted at pre-administration and during the operation.By using immunohistochemistry methods,expression changes of VEGF and nm23 were detected in gastrointestinal cancer tissues in 8 patients.Results VEGF expression showed down-regulation,and nm23 expressin up-regulation.Conclusion In vivo tests confirm that As2O3′s antitumor effectis related to down-regulation of VEGF and up-regulation of nm23.It inhibits the tumor′s infiltration and metastasis.
