内镜清洗消毒时间与消毒效果的观察

摘    要:目的观察内镜戊二醛消毒时间与消毒效果的关系。方法通过本院柯丽尔内镜清洗工作站RG-1对使用过的内镜进行清洗后,内镜放入2%强化戊二醛消毒剂中消毒2min、5min、8min、10min后分别进行内镜细菌菌落、致病菌的检测及HBsAg测定。结果细菌监测:清洗后的胃镜、肠镜合格率分别为56.5%、32.0%。进行2%戊二醛浸泡后2min的胃镜、肠镜合格率分别为72.5%、74.0%。进行2%戊二醛浸泡后5min的胃镜、肠镜合格率分别为98.5%、92.0%。进行2%戊二醛浸泡后8min的胃镜、肠镜合格率100%。HBsAg监测:清洗后的胃镜、肠镜合格率分别为66%、68%。进行2%戊二醛浸泡后2min的胃镜、肠镜合格率分别为96%、98%。进行2%戊二醛浸泡后5min的胃镜、肠镜合格率均为100%。结论内镜消毒效果和浸泡时间成正相关,时间愈长,消毒效果愈好。建议浸泡时间以10min为宜。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the role of bolus injection of saline under ultrasound guided in the application of PICC. Methods 138 patients with PICC catheters were randomly grouped,69 patients of control group with traditional partial head and jaw sternums method,69 patients of observationgroup with pulse push saline injection. Comparing the catheter misplacement,puncture time and comfort level of groups after operation. Results 10 cases of the control group were ectopic( 14. 5%),1 case of observation group was ectopic( 1. 4%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0.01). The puncture time of observation group was( 11. 32 ± 0.79) minutes,the control puncture was( 14. 98 ± 2. 04) minutes,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.01). The comfort level of observation group was( 2. 03 ± 0. 62),the control group was( 3. 63 ± 1. 80 mm),and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.01). Conclusion Bolus injection of saline may improve the success rate of puncture,reduce catheter misplacement,cut down the puncture time,and enhance the comfort level.
