摘    要:目的探讨优化入院流程护理细节对患者入院办理过程的影响。方法将184例办理入院手续的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各92例。观察组予入院路径图及各类医疗保险相关事宜的详细指导。对照组给予入院常规指导,两组患者入院手续办理结束后均填写入院流程意见反馈表,反馈表包含8个问题,每个问题备有3个选择回答,并设有相应分值,受试者选择其中一个回答,分别比较两组获取8个问题的分值。结果两组入院指导、了解必备物件、相关科室布局合理、交流沟通顺畅、服务态度、手续繁杂、花费时间、身心疲惫状况比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论重视完善入院流程服务细节,能显著提高患者入院办理过程的满意度,有利于整体服务质量的提高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of optimizing the nursing service details on the medical service quality about ad-mission procedure .Methods 184 patients who were hospitalized were randomly divided into two groups in the department of admis-sion management .In addition to the nursing care routine ,92 patients in the observed group were given the detailed guidance on the admission pathway and the matters regarding various medical insurance while 92 patients in the control group had not the guidance . After they completed the admission procedures ,every patient filled out a feedback form which was consisted of 8 questions .Each question had 3 selective answers and the corresponsive scoring .t-test was employed to analyze each difference of the 8 scorings be-tween the 2 groups ,respectively .Results The t-test results showed that the difference of all the 8 scorings between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion Attention to optimizing service details in admission procedure would elevate the degree of patient's satisfaction and improve the quality of holistic nursing care .
