| 摘 要： | 目的:评价不同方法对肝纤维化的诊断价值。方法:查阅大量国内外的相关文献,进行综述。结果:不同的检查方法对肝纤维化的诊断各有优缺点。结论:肝组织活检是肝纤维化的诊断金标准,但有局限性,血清学指标和肝组织病理学纤维化程度有较好相关性,有助于肝纤维化的非创伤性诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic values of different methods for liver fibrosis.Methods:Looking up the related literatures home and abroad,and recapitulating them.Results:Various examination methods had respective advantages and disadvantages.Conclusion:Liver biopsy is the Goldden criteria for inspecting liver fibrosis though it also has limitations.Serological indexes which is correlated with the degree of pathologic liver fibrosis is useful in non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis. |
