| 摘 要： | 本文对61例消化性溃疡患者空腹血浆神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)水平作了测定,并就其在溃疡出血、幽门螺杆菌感染、奥美拉唑治疗后等多种状态下的进一步改变作了观察。结果表明溃疡患者NT水平显著低于正常(P<0.01),并发出血患者NT水平也明显低于正常(P<0.05),幽门螺杆菌感染、奥美拉唑治疗后血中NT水平未受显著影响(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | The plasma levels of NT were investigated in 61 cases of gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU) patients. The NT concentration decreased significantly as compared with controls (P<0.01) . No difference exists between the GU and DU group ( P > 0.05 ). Serum NT of peptic ulcer patients with bleeding were higher than that of peptic ulcer patients without bleeding ( P < 0.05 ). There was no significant correlation of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and omeprazole treatment (P>0.05). |
