| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药接骨膏外敷配合透明质酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将115例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组62例、对照组53例。两组病人膝关节腔均注射透明质酸钠（SH）,治疗组加用中药接骨膏膝关节局部外敷。按Lequesne标准进行膝骨关节炎严重性指数评估。结果接受治疗3周后,治疗组Lequesne评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中药接骨膏外敷联合SH关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎疗效优于单用SH;该治疗方法疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effects on external application of herbal medicine which named JieGu ointment and injecting of sodium hyaluronate （SH） for treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 115 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group of 62 cases, and control group of 53 cases, all of the patients＇ knee were injected SH; treatment group were added external application of JieGu ointment on the Knee. Results According to the Lequesne standards to evaluate the ponderance index, after three weeks of treatment, the score of treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of external application of JieGu ointment and injection of is much better than those used SH only,which is worthy to clinical application. |
