肿瘤坏死因子与2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝及胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

目的 探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关关系.方法 192例T2DM患者是否合并NAFL进行分组并与正常对照组比较.多因素相关分析和回归分析评价TNF-α对IR的影响.结果 与对照组及T2DM无NAFL组相比,T2DM合并NAFL组TNF-α水平明显升高;多因素线性相关和回归显示,TNF-α和IR显著正相关( r =0.525,P<0.001).结论 TNF-α与IR密切相关,TNF-α可能参与了T2DM合NAFL的发生发展过程.

Association of Serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Type 2 DM with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective To investigate the association between the serum level of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and insulin resistance(IR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFL).Methods The 192 subjects with type 2 diabetes were subgrouped into DM-A subjects without NAFL and DM-B subjects with NAFL.Multivariable correlate analysis and Multivariable linear regression analysis were used to evaluate the effect of the serum level of TNF-α on IR.Results The serum level of TNF-α in DM-B group was significantly higher than in control and DM-A group.Multivariable correlate analysis and Multivariable linear regression analysis demonstrated that TNF-α was positively related to IR.Condusion Our study shows that the serum level of TNF-α was related with IR.TNF-α was probably involved in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus with NAFL.
