中药黄精的性状和显微鉴别

摘    要:对我国9种黄精:黄精、滇黄精、囊丝黄精、卷叶黄精、轮叶黄精、长梗黄精、节根黄精、距药黄精和湖北黄精的生药性状和组织结构进行研究。并分别列出其生药性状、组织构造和粉末特征的检索表。

Abstract:In this paper, the macroscopical and microscopical characters of crude drugs derived from Polygonatum sibir/bcum Delar. ex Eedoute, P. Mngianum Coll. et Hemsl., P. oyrtonema Hua, P. cirrhifolium(Wall.) Royle, P. verticillatvm (L.) All, P. fiKpes Merr, P. nodosum Hua, P. franchetii Hua and P. zanlanseianense Pamp. are described, and illustrated with line drawings.It was found that these' characters of all the nine Rhizoma Polygonati from different species are very similar, but on basis of our observation, they can be identified by the following distinguishing features: (1) The shape and size of rhizomes, the surface grains, the density of annular nodes, the color, and the amount and diameter oi' fibrous root scars; (2) The type of vascular bundles as well as the density and size of mucilage cells in transverse section of rhizomes; (3) The thickening peculiarity of anticlinal walls of epidermal cells, the density and size of mucilage cells and the length of raphides of calcium oxalate in powdered drugs.Three keys for identification of all the nine crude drugs are presented.
