| 摘 要： | 目的：研究肠内营养治疗对重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）患者肠道黏膜屏障功能及炎性细胞因子的影响。方法：20例SAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各10例,对照组给予一般治疗,治疗组在一般治疗的基础上加用肠内营养,观察两组治疗前后血浆内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、C-反应蛋白（C-RP）、血清淀粉酶水平的变化情况。结果：治疗组患者行肠内营养后,血浆内毒素、TNF-α、C-RP、血清淀粉酶下降速度明显快于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：SAP患者进行肠内营养治疗,可通过改善肠道黏膜屏障及降低炎性细胞因子分泌,来加强治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：Enteral nutrition in severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） in patients with intestinal mucosal barrier function and inflammatory cytokines.Methods：20 patients with SAP randomly divided into treatment group and control group and the control group were given general treatment,the treatment group generally treated based on the use of enteral nutrition, observed before and after treatment of plasma endotoxin,tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α）,C-reactive protein （C-RP）,serum amylase levels were observed.Results：After enteral nutrition group patients,plasma endotoxin,TNF-α,C-RP,serum amylase decreased significantly faster than control group （P0.05）. Conclusion：SAP patients with enteral nutrition therapy can improve the intestinal mucosal barrier and reduce secretion of inflammatory cytokines to enhance the therapeutic effect. |
