| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重度有机磷农药中毒(ASOPP)的抢救方法.及易产生误治的原因.方法分析重度有机磷农药中毒48例的诊治情况及其中3例误治的原因.结果重度有机磷农药中毒的治疗重点在于毒物的清除、阿托品剂量及机械通气的合理应用、避免误治等是治疗的关键.结论有机磷农药重度中毒的合理用药、避免误治是治疗的关键.

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the salvage method of active severity organophoshorius pesticide and the cause of mistaken cure .Methods 48 cases of active severity organophoshorius pesticide were analyzed and cause of mistaken cure in 3 cases were analyzed.Results The points of treating an severity organophoshorius pesticide lies in clearance of the poison, the reasonable application of the atropine dosage,ventilation, avoidance of the mistaken cure etc.Conclusion Reasonable use of the medicine and avoidance of mistaken cure are the keys to treatment. |
