即刻种植与即刻负载的临床效果研究

目的:观察和探讨口腔即刻种植与即刻负载治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的口腔疾病患者67例,其中37例患者69枚牙行即刻种植与即刻负载治疗(观察组),另外30例患者61枚牙行常规种植与修复治疗(对照组),观察两组疗效。结果:观察组修复成功60枚(87.0%),总有效率94.2%;对照组修复成功26枚(42.6%),总有效率59.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:即刻种植与即刻负载能即刻恢复口腔健康和面像美观,较之传统修复方法有种植成功率高、并发症少、长期效果好等优势。

A Clinical Study of Immediate Dental Implant and Immediate Load

Objective:To observe and investigate the efficacy of immediately planted and immediately loaded.Methods:67 cases of oral disease in the hospital were admitted as the subjects,37 patients with 69 teeth underwent immediate implant and immediate load surgery(observation group),the ther 30 patients with 61 teeth were treated with conventional planting restorative(control group),the effects were observed.Results:60(87.0%) teeth in observation group were planted successfully with a total efficiency of 94.2%;while in the control group,24(42.6%) teeth were successful with a total efficiency of 59.0%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:The immediate implant and immediate restoration could instantly restored oral health and facial aesthetics,it had the advantages of high success rate,fewer complications,and long-term effects compared with the traditional repair methods.
