| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术（EVE）前后的护理方法。方法对46例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者在内镜下行多环套扎术，术前做好患者的心理护理和术前准备，术中做到密切配合，术后密切观察及做好饮食指导。结果46例食管静脉曲张破裂出血行套扎术成功率为97．8％，术中无并发症发生。结论精心的护理可提高EVL的安全性和成功率，防止大出血并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the nursing methods before and after esophageal varices loop ligature using endoscope （EVL）. Methods Loop ligature using endoscope were performed on 46 bleeding patients caused by esophageal varices. Mental nursing and subtle preparation were carried out before the manipulation. Close nursing cooperation, intimate observation and diet guidance were performed during and after the manipulation. Results Achievement ratio of EVL were 97.8% and no complications happened. Conclusion Subtle nursing can im- prove safety and achievement ratio of EVL, which complications of bleeding could be also prevented. |
