胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者围术期应激程度及血清MIR指标的变化

目的：分析胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者围术期应激程度及血清MIR指标的变化情况。方法：选取2011年12月-2014年1月于本院进行肺癌根治术治疗的80例肺癌患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（传统开胸根治术组，40例）和观察组（胸腔镜根治术组，40例），比较两组患者手术前和手术后1、3、7d的血清应激相关指标及MIR指标。结果：观察组术后1、3、7d血清应激指标均明显优于对照组，血清MIR指标均高于对照组（P均〈0．05），两组患者术后各指标检测水平均有明显差异（P均〈0．05）。结论：胸腔镜肺癌根治术对患者围术期应激程度及血清MIR指标影响优于传统开胸手术，手术性创伤更小且患者恢复更快。

Change of stress degree and serum MIR of patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma during the perioperative period

Objective： To study the change state of stress degree and serum MIR of patients with thoracoscopie radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma during the perioperative period. Methods：A total of 80 patients with radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma in our hospital from December 2011 to January 2014 were selected as research object,and were randomly divided into control group（traditional thoracotomy radical operation group）and observation group（thoracoscopic radical resection group）by half. Serum stress related indexes and MIR indexes of two groups before the operation and on the first, third and seventh day after the operation were detected and compared. Results：The serum stress related indexes of observation group on the first, third and seventh day after the operation were all significantly better than those of control group,serum MIR levels were all significantly higher than those of control group （all P〈 0.05）. Conclusions.The influence of thoracoscopic radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma on the stress degree and serum MIR of patients during the perioperative period are more significant than those of traditional thoracotomy radical operation. It has smaller incision,and faster recovery.
