正常妊娠临产孕妇与妊高征孕妇血液黏度及红细胞多项指数的变化

目的：观察正常妊娠临产孕妇与妊高征孕妇血液黏度及红细胞多项指数的变化情况。方法：选取2012年9月-2013年9月本院进行分娩的51例临产妊高征孕妇为A组，同期51例正常妊娠临产孕妇为B组，同期51例健康育龄未孕妇女为C组，比较3组血液黏度及红细胞多项指数，同时比较A组中不同严重程度者的检测结果。结果：A组的血液黏度及红细胞多项指数均高于B组及C组，B组则高于C组，且A组中重度患者的检测水平高于轻度与中度患者，而中度患者则高于轻度患者，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：正常妊娠临产孕妇与妊高征孕妇血液黏度及红细胞多项指数均存在明显升高的情况，且妊高征孕妇表现更为明显，且受疾病严重程度的影响较大。

Change of blood viscosity and various erythrocyte indexes in parturient normal women and pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective： To study the change of blood viscosity and various erythrocyte indexes in parturient normal women and pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods：A total of 51 parturient women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected as group A, 51 parturient normal women at the same time were the group B, 51 non pregnant women at the same time were the group C. Blood viscosity and various erythrocyte indexes of three groups were detected and compared, then the detection results of group A with different degree of severity were compared too. Results： The blood viscosity and various erythrocyte indexes of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C,those of group B were all higher than those of group C,and the levels of group A with severe disease were all higher than those of patients with mild and moderate disease,those of patients with moderate disease were higher than those of patients with mild disease （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The blood viscosity and various erythrocyte indexes of parturient normal women and pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome all show significant increasing trend, and those of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome are more significant.
