腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围术期Th1、Th2及Th17的变化研究

目的：观察腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围术期Th1、Th2及Th17的变化情况。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年2月本院收治的41例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者为观察组，同期41例开腹胃癌根治术患者为对照组，比较两组患者术前1d和术后1、3、7d的血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标水平。结果：观察组术后1、3d血清白介素-2（IL-2）及白介素-12（IL-12）水平均高于对照组（P〈0．05），其他血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标水平低于对照纽（P〈0．05），而术前1d和术后7d两纽患者各指标差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。结论：腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围术期Th1、Th2及Th17的变化优于开腹手术患者，值得临床推广应用。

Change of Th1 ,Th2 and Th17 of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer during the perioperative period

Objective： To study the change situation of Th1,Th2 and Th17 of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer during the perioperative period. Methods..41 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected as observation group,and 41 patients with open radical resection of gastric cancer at the same time were selected as control group. Serum Th1 ,Th2 and Th17 related indexes of two groups on the first day before the operation and on the first,third,seventh day after the operation were detected and compared. Results ,, The serum IL-2 and IL-12 of observation group on the first, third day after the operation were all higher than those of control group, other serum Th1 ,Th2 and Th17 related indexes on the first,third day after the operation were all lower than those of control group （all P〈0. 05）, but there was no significant difference in those indexes of two groups on the first day before the operation and on the seventh day after the operation （all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The change of Th1 ,Th2 and Th17 of patients with lapa roscopie radical resection of gastric cancer during the perioperative period are more significant than those of patients with open operation,so it confirms the clinical application advantages of laparoscopic operation.
