IL-6、PTC和CRP联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的价值分析

摘    要:目的:研究血清白介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PTC)、C反应蛋白(cRP)联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的价值。方法:将100例新生儿败血症患者纳入观察组,同期分娩的100例健康新生儿纳入对照组,采集外周血检测血清IL-6、PTC和CRP水平,并通过序贯器官功能衰竭评估(SOFA)评分、危重评分系统(PCIS)评分判断全身情况。结果:(1)观察组患儿IL-6、PTC、CRP水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),3项指标联合检测的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为94.00%、98.00%、97.92%、94.23%;(2)观察组患儿SOFA评分高于对照组(P〈0.05),PCIS评分低于对照组(P〈0.05);(3)IL-6、PCT、CRP水平与SOFA评分呈正相关,与PCIS评分呈负相关。结论:新生儿败血症患者的IL-6、PCT、CRP水平明显升高,3项指标联合检测可提高灵敏度和特异性,且与疾病的严重程度密切相关,是理想的实验室检查指标。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical value of IL-6, PTC, CRP combined detection in diagnosis of neonatal sepsis s. Methods: 100 cases of neonatal sepsis patients were enrolled in the observation group and 100 cases of newborn infants during the same period were enrolled in control group. Then serum IL-6, PTC, CRP levels were detected, general condition were measured by SOFA score and PCIS score. Results: IL-6, PTC, CRP levels of observation group were higher than those of con- trol group; sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of combined detection were 94.00%, 98.00% ,97. 92%, 94. 23%, respectively. SOFA scores of observation group were higher than those of control group, PCIS scores were lower than those of controI group. IL-6, PTC, CRP levels were positively correlated with SOFA score and nega tively correlated with PCIS score. Conclusion: IL-6, PTC, CRP levels are significantly increased in neonatal sepsis, combined detection can improve sensitivity, specificity and closely related to the severity of disease.
