UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪诊断及鉴别不同细菌致尿路感染的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪对于不同细菌所致尿路感染的诊断鉴别价值。方法:选取尿液标本300份,采用UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪进行定量分析以及尿细菌培养,比较分析UF-1000i筛查结果与尿培养结果。结果:细菌数量最佳临界值为595.3/μL,白细胞计数的最佳临界值为55.4/μL;UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪对于尿路感染的诊断特异度为97.55%,敏感度为86.4%。结论:UF-1000i全自动尿液分析仪对于细菌尿路感染具有较高的诊断准确率,操作简便、快速,结合其他实验室指标以及尿液培养可提高诊断鉴别准确率,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the UF-1000i automated urine analyzer for differential diagnosis ot urinary tract lntection caused by bacteria identification value. Methods Selected 300 urine specimens and analyzed using UF 1000i automated u rine analyzer for quantitative analysis and urine culture, compare analysis results of UF-1000i analyzer with urine culture re sults. Results, Critical value of the number of bacteria was 595.3μg/L, and the sensitivity and specificity of UF-1000i automated urine analyzer for diagnosis of urinary tract infection was 86.4 % and 97.55%. Conclusion UF-1000i automated urine analyzer for bacterial urinary tract infection has high diagnostic accuracy, easy procedure, quick results can improve the diagnostic accu racy in conjunction with other laboratory parameters, and ifs worthy of application in large scale.
