参麦注射液对肝硬化患者血小板、网织红细胞及红细胞参数的影响

目的：分析参麦注射液对肝硬化患者血小板、网织红细胞及红细胞参数的影响。方法：将180例肝硬化患者随机分为两组，对照组和观察组各90例，并纳入同时期健康志愿者90例作为正常对照组。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组则在常规治疗的基础上加载参麦注射液。比较正常对照组和肝硬化患者以及治疗前后对照组和观察组间血小板、网织红细胞及红细胞参数的差异。结果：与健康人群比较，肝硬化患者血小板计数（PLT）、血小板压积（PCT）显著降低，平均血小板体积（MPV）、大型血小板比率（P—LCR）显著升高，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）；网织红细胞百分比（PET％）、未成熟网织红细胞指数（IRF）、平均红细胞体积（MCV）显著升高，而红细胞（RBC）计数、血红蛋白（Hb）浓度则显著降低（P〈0．05）。治疗7、21d后，观察组PLT、PCT显著高于对照组，而MPV、P—LCR显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组PET、IRF和MCV显著低于对照组，而RBC、Hb显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：参麦注射液能有效改善肝硬化患者血小板、网织红细胞及红细胞相关指标，有利于疾病的康复。

Influence of Shenmai injection on parameters of platelets,reticulocytes and red blood cell of patients with cirrhosis

Objective To observation the influence of Shenmai injection on the parameters of platelets, reticulocytes and red blood cell of patients with cirrhosis. Methods： 180 patients with cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group by half,and 90 cases of healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as normal control group. Patients in control group had basic treatment programs, and those in observation group were treated by Shenmai injection. Then the parameters of platelets, reticulocytes and red blood cell of patients with cirrhosis and normal control group were compared, and these indexes between control group and observation group before and after treatment were compared. And blood flow of arterial in the brain and the hemodynamic of two groups were also compared. Results=Compared with healthy people, the parame ters of platelets such as PLT, PCT of patients with cirrhosis were much lower, while the MPV and P-LCR were significantly increased; and the indexes of reticulocytes and red blood cell such as PET, IRF, MCV were much higher, while the RBC and Hb were much lower. After 7, 21 days of treatment, the PLT, PCT of observation group were higher than control group, the PV and P-LCR were lower than control group and the PET, IRF, MCV were lower than control group, while the RBC and were higher than control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenmai injection can effectively improve the parameters of plate- lets, reticulocytes and red blood cell of patients with cirrhosis, and is useful for the rehabilitation of the disease.
