经皮胸腔置入细导管持续负压吸引治疗气胸的效果观察

目的：探讨经皮胸腔置入细导管负压吸引对自发性气胸的治疗效果。方法：选取本院收治的非张力性自发性气胸患者120例，随机分为A、B、C3组，分别采用持续负压吸引、间断抽气、闭式引流治疗，对比3组临床疗效、并发症发生情况及贝克焦虑量表（BAI）评分改善情况。结果：A、B两组治疗有效率高于C组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组肺复张时间最短，依次为B、C组，组间对比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A、C组BAI评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A、C组BAI评分明显高于B组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：经皮胸腔置入细导管负压吸引治疗自发性气胸，疗效确切，对患者心理影响较小，是治疗自发性气胸的有效治疗方案。

Efficacy of continuous negative pressure suction drainage associate with central venous cath- eter in treating spontaneous pneumothorax

Objective： To observe the efficacy of continuous negative pressure suction drainage associate with central venous catheter in treating spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods： A total of 120 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax （nontension） were enrolled and divided into group A, B and C randomly. Patients in group A, B and C were given continuous negative pressure suction, discontinuous exhaustion and closed drainage respectively. Efficaeies, complication and BAI grades changes in three groups were observed for comparison. Results： Effective rate in group A and B were higher than that of group C （P〈0.05）. Lung recruitment maneuvers duration in group A was shorter than that of group B and C. For group B and C, Lung recruitment maneuvers duration of group B was shorter than that of group C （P〈0.05）. BAI grades in group A and C were significantly different （P〈0.05）. BAI grades in group A and C were significantly higher than that in group B （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Continuous negative pressure suction drainage associate with central venous catheter demonstrates is effective in treating spontaneous pneumothorax without inducing serious physiological reactions. It is an optimal treatment for spontaneous pneumothorax.
