乳腺癌患者血清多项指标与复发转移的相关性研究

目的：探讨乳腺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、催乳素（PRL）、表皮生长因子受体-2（HER2）、组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）、可溶性CD40配体（sCD40L）及微血管密度（MVD）与复发转移的相关性。方法：选取2011年4月-2013年4月于本院进行诊治的58例乳腺癌术后复发转移患者为观察组，同时期的58例术后未复发转移者为对照组，将两组患者的血清VEGF、PRL、HER2、TPS、sCD40L及MVD进行比较，同时将观察组中单纯复发与存在转移者进行比较，并探讨上述指标与乳腺癌复发转移的相关性。结果：观察组的血清VEGF、PRL、HER2、TPS及MVD高于对照组，存在转移者高于单纯复发者，sCD40L低于对照组，存在转移者低于单纯复发者，且上述指标经Logistic分析显示均与乳腺癌的复发转移有密切相关性，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05〉。结论：乳腺癌复发转移患者的血清VEGF、PRL、HER2、TPS、sCD40L及MVD呈现明显的异常状态，上述指标均与乳腺癌的复发转移有密切的相关性。

Correction between serum VEGF,PRL, HER2, TPS,sCD40L,MVD and recurrence,metastasis of patients with breast carcinoma

Objective ： To study the correction between the serum VEGF, PRL, HER2, TPS, sCD40L, MVD and recurrence,metastasis of patients with breast carcinoma. Methods： A total of 58 patients with recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as the observation group,58 patients without recurrence and metastasis at the same time as the control group. Serum VEGF, PRL, HER2, TPS, sCD40L and MVD of two groups were compared, and those indexes of observation group with only recurrence and metastasis were compared too. And the correction between those indexes and recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer was studied. Results：The serum VEGF,PRL, HER2 ,TPS and MVD of observation group were all higher than those of control group, those of patients with metastasis were higher than those with only recurrence, sCD40L of control group was higher. Those of patients with metastasis were lower than those with only recurrence. Those indexes all had closed correlation with the recurrence and metastasis （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The serum VEGF, PRL, HER2, TPS, sCD40L, MVD and recurrence, metastasis of patients with breast carcinoma show obvious abnormal state, and those indexes all have closed correlation with the recurrence and metastasis of breast carcinoma.
