肾癌根治术患者围术期复发转移及代谢相关指标的变化

目的：观察肾癌根治术患者围术期复发转移及代谢相关指标的变化情况。方法：选取2012年6月-2014年3月于本院进行肾癌根治术治疗的50例患者为观察组，同时以同期同龄的50名健康人为对照组，比较观察组术前1d及术后1、3、5、7d和对照组的血清复发转移相关指标及糖代谢、脂代谢相关指标。结果：观察组术前1d及术后1、3、5、7d的血清复发转移相关指标明显高于对照组，术后3、5d及7d均低于术前1d及术后1d，观察组术前1d及术后1、3、5d糖代谢及脂代谢的指标均差于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：肾癌根治术患者围术期复发转移及代谢相关指标的变化较大，应给予密切的监测。

Change of recurrence and metastasis related indexes,metabolism related indexes of patients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period

Objective： To observe the change of recurrence and metastasis related indexes,metabolism related indexes of patients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period. Methods：50 patients with radical nephrectomy in our hospital from June 2012 to March 2014 were selected as observation group,and 50 healthy persons with the same age at the same time were the control group. Serum recurrence and glycometabolism,lipid metabolism related indexes of observation group on the 1st day before the operation and on the lst,3rd,Sth and 7th day after the operation and control group were detected and com- pared. Results：The serum recurrence and metastasis related indexes of observation group on the 1st day before the operation and on the lst,3rd,Sth and 7th day after the operation were all significantly higher than those of control group,and those indexes on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after the operation were all significantly higher than those on the 1st day before the operation and on the 1st day after the operation,and the glycometabolism, lipid metabolism related indexes of observation group on thelst day before the operation and on the l st,3rd and 5th day after the operation were all significantly worse than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The change of recurrence and metastasis related indexes, metabolism related indexes of pa- tients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period are great,and they should be closely monitored.
