胸腔镜食管癌根治术患者围术期血清HSP、FA、肿瘤标志物及微量元素的变化

目的：研究胸腔镜食管癌根治术患者围术期血清热休克蛋白（HSP）、叶酸（FA）、肿瘤标志物及微量元素的变化状态。方法：选取2011年10月-2014年1月于本院进行传统开胸根治术治疗的41例食管癌患者为对照组，并以同期的41例以胸腔镜根治术治疗的患者为观察组，比较两组患者手术前1d和手术后3、5d及7d的血清HSP、FA、肿瘤标志物及微量元素水平。结果：两组患者手术前1d和手术后3、5d及7d的血清FA及肿瘤标志物水平差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05），而观察组手术后3、5d及7d血清HSP、Cu均低于对照组，Zn、Ca高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：胸腔镜食管癌根治术患者围术期血清HSP、FA、肿瘤标志物及微量元素的变化均较为明显，对于疾病的治疗效果较好，且对机体造成的创伤性应激相对更小。

Change of serum HSP,FA,tumor markers and trace elements of patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period

Objective： To stud the change state of serum HSP,FA,tumor markers and trace elements of patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma during the perioperative period. Methods..41 patients with conventional open radical resection of esophageal carcinoma in our hospital from October 2011 to January 2014 were selected as the control group,41 cases with thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma at the same time as the control group. Serum HSP,FA,tumor markers and trace elements of two groups on the 1st day before the operation and on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day after the operation were detected and compared. Results .. There was no significant difference in serum FA and tumor markers of two groups on the 1st day before the operation and on the 3rd,Sth and 7th day after the operation （all P-0.05）, while the ser- um HSP and Cu of observation group on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day after the operation were all lower than those of control group, the serum Zn and Ca were higher than those of control group （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion - The change of serum HSP, FA,tumor markers and trace elements of patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma during the perioperative pe- riod are significant. It is effective, and the traumatic stress for the body is relatively lighter
