子宫内膜异位症内膜组织中ER、PR蛋白的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者子宫在位、异位内膜中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达及临床意义。方法:选取我院2010年1月-2012年12月间收治的因子宫内膜异位症行子宫及附件全切患者40例设为观察组,采用免疫组化法,检测该组患者在位、异位内膜中ER、PR的表达情况,采用图像分析系统测定的灰度值反映其表达强度(灰度值与表达强度二者成反比);并设同期因宫颈病变及卵巢良性肿瘤行子宫及附件切除的患者40例为对照组,对比两组患者子宫内膜中ER、PR的表达情况。结果:观察组子宫异位内膜增殖期ER、PR表达与在位内膜组及对照组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组子宫内膜增殖期ER、PR表达高于分泌期(P〈0.05);EMS不同分期内膜组织中ER、PR表达无统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:EMs患者在位和异位内膜中ER、PR异常表达,与EMS发生、发展密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis (EMS). Methods A total of 40 EMS patients with full excision of accessories in our hospital from 2010.1 to 2012.12 were selected as observation group. ER and PR in and out ectopic endometrium was measured by immunohistochemical method. The grey value of image analysis system indicated expression intensity;40 patients with cervical lesions and ovarian benign tumors were selected as the control group, the expression of ER and PR of two groups in endometrium were compared. Results: ER and PR expression in ectopic group during uterine ectopic endometrial proliferation phase group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05) ; ER PR expression of control group endometrial proliferation phase was higher than that during secre tory phase (P〈0.05) ; There was no significant difference in ER, PR expression of endometrial tissue at different EMS stage (P〈0.05). Conclusions: ER and PR in ectopic endometrium have abnormal expression in patients with EMS, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of EMS.
