营养支持疗法对结直肠癌患者营养指标的影响

目的：探讨营养支持疗法对结直肠癌患者营养指标的影响。方法：90例结直肠癌患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组行FOLFOx方案化疗，观察组给予FOLFOx方案联合生态免疫营养支持疗法。结果：观察组生活质量改善率（82．22％）高于对照组（48．89％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后，观察组平均体重（BM）、体质指数（BMI）、肌肉群（LBM）优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组总蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后，观察组CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、IgA指标优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肠内生态免疫营养支持疗法能够改善结直肠癌患者的营养状况，提高患者免疫功能。

Effect of nutrition support therapy on nutritional indicators in patients with colorectal cancer

Objective： To explore the effect of nutrition support therapy on nutritional indicators in patients with color ectal cancer. Methods： A total of 90 cases of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given treated by FOLFOX regimen. The observation group was given FOLFOX regimen combined eco logical immune nutrition support therapy. Results： The improvement rate of life quality of the observation group （82.22 %） was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, BM, BMI, LBM index in the observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, total protein, albumin, transferrin, the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/ CD8＋ , IgA index, the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.
