摘    要:鼻咽癌的治疗是以放疗为主,配合化疗、中医中药、免疫治疗等的综合治疗,但因鼻咽癌细胞的耐药性而致放化疗效果不佳。究其耐药性的原因主要包括细胞表面耐药蛋白高表达介导的多药耐药性(MDR)及凋亡调控基因表达失控导致的凋亡耐受。近来有研究者从诱导肿瘤细胞不同于凋亡的程序性死亡方式(如Necroptosis)着手,有望规避肿瘤细胞的耐药性。本文就鼻咽癌耐药性的机制、Necroptosis样死亡机制进行综述。

Abstract:Radiotherapy is the preferred treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,combined with chemotherapy,traditional Chinese medicine and immunotherapy.However,due to drug resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the treatment of many chemotherapeutic drugs is ineffective.The factors that contribute to drug resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma include over expression of drug transporters mediated multidrug resistance and uncontrolled regulation of expression of apoptosis regulatory genes mediated blocked apoptosis.Recently,there has been a research that a agent inducing non-apoptotic programmed cell death (such as necroptosis) circumvent cancer drug resistance of tumor cells.In this paper,the mechanisms of necroptotic death and drug resistance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are reviewed.
