| 摘 要： | 目的 分析脑出血预后与血白细胞数、血糖的关系。方法 测定５１ 例急性脑血管病中的脑出血患者，在起病４８ 小时内的外周血白细胞计数与血糖值。结果 外周血白细胞计数升高和血糖高于正常值者预后相对较差。结论 脑出血病死率与外周血白细胞计数和血糖值相关。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyze the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and white blood cell count and blood sugar level. Methods White blood cell count and blood sugar were measured form 51 cerebral hemorrhage patients of acute cerebral vascular disease within 48 hours after onset. Result Patients with increased white blood cell counts and blood sugar had relatively poorer prognosis. Conclusion The case fatality rate was related with peripheral white blood cell counts and blood sugar value. |
