穴位经络按摩对促进早产儿早期发育的影响

目的　研究温柔按摩对早产儿早期发育的影响。方法　60 例早产儿随机分成2 组,31 例施以穴位经络按摩,29 例为对照,在院期间每日记录他们的体重和摄入奶量,第10 天时分别作身长、头围和血红蛋白的复测,并分析其变化,用NBNA 法进行6 项神经行为评分。结果　按摩组在体重长磅、奶量摄入及热卡获取三项上优于对照组,其差别有显著意义,其他项目上的差别无显著意义。结论　温柔的穴位经络按摩能给早产儿以良性刺激,促进他们的早期发育。

The effects of acupoint and collateral channel massage to the early development of the premature

Objective To investigate the effects of soft massage to the early development of the premature. Methods 60 premature infants were arranged into two groups at random.Acupoint and collateral channel massage were given to 31, the other 29 as controls. Their weights and the volumes of milk consumed were recorded daily at hopital.The head-circumference,height and hemoglobin were retested at the 10th day.Changes relative to the birthday were analyzed.Behaviour evaluation in 6 terms was done according to the NBNA method at the same time. Results The increase of the body weight,the volume of milk consumed and the Kcal.obtained of the massage group were bigger than those of the control group,the differences were signifigent,The differences in the other items were non signifigent. Conclusion Soft acupoint and collateral channel massage can give positive stimulus to the premature and promote their early development.
