己酮可可碱对糖尿病肾病疗效的观察

摘    要:目的 观察己酮可可碱对糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的治疗以预防肾功能损害的发生、发展。方法 观察33 例己酮可可碱治疗组及36 例对照组的2 型糖尿病合并糖尿病肾病患者参试前后血粘度与尿系列微量蛋白、24 小时尿蛋白的变化。结果 己酮可可碱能降低糖尿病患者全血高切、低切粘度及血浆粘度,并降低尿系列微量蛋白、24 小时尿蛋白,经统计学处理治疗前后的两组数据具有显著性差异,且血粘度的下降与尿系列微量蛋白、24小时尿蛋白的减少呈正相关。结论 己酮可可碱可降低2 型糖尿病患者高血粘度状态,降低尿系列微量蛋白、24小时尿蛋白,治疗糖尿病肾病,以预防肾功能衰竭的发生、发展

The effect of pentoxifylline on diabetic nephropathy
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of pentoxifylline on proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy to prevent the progression of renal damage. Methods The changes of blood viscosity, microalbuminuria and 24 hours urinary protein in study group and control group with diabetic nephropathy were observed. Results After the use of pentoxifylline blood viscosity, microalbuminuria and 24 hours urinary protein dropped,the differences between the two groups were significant statistically. Blood viscosity and urinary protein had positive correlation. Conclusion Pentoxifylline could decrease the hyperviscosity status in diabetic patients by raising compliance of erythrocyte membrane,thereby decrease microalbuminuria,24 hours urinary protein and treat diabetic nephropathy,so as to prevent progression of renal damage.
