多序岩黄芪化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的对豆科岩黄芪属植物多序岩黄芪(Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz.)的根进行化学成分研究。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱分离和Sephadex LH-20色谱柱纯化,波谱法鉴定结构。结果分离得到7个已知化合物,分别为4'-甲氧基-7-羟基黄酮(Ⅰ),二十六碳酸(Ⅱ),阿魏酸十六烷醇酯(Ⅲ),羽扇豆醇(Ⅳ),3-羟基-9-甲氧基紫檀烷(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ首次从多序岩黄芪中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the root of Hedysarum polybotrys Hand.-Mazz.METHODS Chro-matography with silica column and Sephadex LH - 20 was employed for the isolation and purification. The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated as 4'-methoxy-7-hydroxyflavone (Ⅰ), cerinic acid (Ⅱ) , cetyl ferulate (Ⅲ), lupeol (Ⅳ), 3-hydroxy-9-methoxypterocarpan (Ⅴ) , β-sitosterol(Ⅵ) and daucosterol(Ⅶ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
