款冬花产地加工新技术研究

目的 :解决款冬花产地加工中长期存在的腐烂、霉变、变色等问题 ,提高款冬花产地加工质量。方法 :对款冬花分别采取直接硫熏、水洗硫熏、蒸透、水洗等方法处理 ,然后分别同时进行炕干、阴干、晒干和堆放试验。结果 :几种处理方法中 ,鲜冬花直接用硫磺熏无腐烂、霉变现象 ,成品优质率由传统加工方法 (直接炕干 )的不足 2 0 %提高到10 0 %。结论 :款冬花产地加工最佳方法为 :鲜冬花→硫熏→烘炕→晾晒→复炕干燥。

Research on Habitat Producing of Coltsfoot Flower

Purpose To improve the quality of the habitat producing of coltsfoot flower. Methods To process coltsfoot flower with the means of sulfur smoking, braising, washing, parching, air drying, insolating and stacking respectively. Results First of all, there were no bletting or molding occurred when fresh coltsfoot flower smoked with sulfur directly, and the high quality rate increased from 20 % of the traditional method to 100 %. Conclusion The ideal habitat producing program should be as the follow: fresh flower collecting, sulfur smoking, parching, air drying and insolating in ordinal.
