腰椎间盘突出症患者椎管MRM水成像形态与临床表现关系的分析

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症MRM形态与临床表现的相关性。方法对138例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行腰椎MRM检查并观测其形态,分析形态与临床表现的关系。结果腰椎间盘突出症的MRM形态呈现多种表现,腹面缺损程度与腰椎间盘向椎管内突出严重程度有关（P〈0.01）,但充盈缺损程度与腰部疼痛程度无关（P〉0.05）;神经根鞘袖内脑脊液缺损程度与神经根疼痛程度有关（P〈0.05）。结论MRM较MRI或CT能更真实地反映腰椎间盘突出症患者神经根受压状态,与临床症状体征较一致,是CT或MRI的重要补充。

Analysis of the Correlation between Morphology of MR Myelography and Clinical Manifestation of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To explore the correlation between morphology of MR myelography（MRM） and clinical manifestation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods MRM was performed on 116 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Based on the observation,the relationship between the morphology and clinical manifestation was analyzed.Results A variety of morphologies were presented.The degree of ventral defect was associated with that of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniated inwards（P 0.01） .The relationship between the degree of filling defect and that of pain was not significant（P 0.05） .The relationship between the degree of filling defect in the nerve root vagina and that of pain was significant（P 0.05） .Conclusion Compared to MRI or CT,MRM could clearly reflect the status of nerve root compression in patients with lumbar disc herniation,which consists of clinical symptoms.Therefore,MRM is an important complement to CT or MRI clinically.
