消化性溃疡的病因

<正> 消化性溃疡,在当前仍是一种常见病,我省不同地区10个医院近五年来,对17,392例有上腹部症状的患者作了胃镜检查,结果表明:消化性溃疡的检出率为11.1％。至今为止,对其发病原因和机理,仍缺乏十分确切的认识,现择取近年来对消化性溃疡病因的一些主要看法,阐述如下:
