发育支持性照顾对早产儿生长发育影响的研究

目的探讨发育支持性照顾对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法将80例早产儿按收住时间顺序,用随机整群抽样的方法分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组予以发育支持性照顾,即改变NICU环境和照顾方式,对照组予以保暖护理、呼吸道护理、喂养护理、预防感染等。结果观察组平均住院时间较对照组缩短、平均体重较对照组增加。结论发育支持性照顾有利于早产儿的生长发育。

Study on the effect of supporting care on the growth and development for premature-infants

Objective To explore the effect of supporting care on the growth and development for premature- infants. Method Divide 80 premature- infants into observation group and control group equally according to hospitalizing order by random continuous surveys. Give observation group supporting care, changing NICU surrounding and caring method. Give control group some routine care, such as warm keeping, respiratory tract care, feeding care and preventing infection care. Result The average length of staying hospital of bservation group reduces. Compare to control group, the average weight of observation group increases. Conclusion Supporting care is good for the growth and development of prematureinfants.
