黛力新治疗心血管神经症的临床研究

目的探讨黛力新治疗心血管神经症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的临床疗效。方法将72例心血管神经症患者随机分为两组,研究组36例,应用黛力新加常规治疗;对照组36例,应用常规治疗。观察6w。于治疗前及治疗第6w末采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定焦虑抑郁情绪,并进行对比分析。结果治疗6w末研究组SAS及SDS较治疗前显著下降（p〈0.001）,较对照组亦显著下降（p〈0.001）。治疗6w末研究组显效率为88.89%,对照组为66.67%;研究组显著高于对照组（p〈0.05）。结论黛力新能显著改善或缓解心血管神经症患者焦虑抑郁情绪,疗效显著优于常规治疗。

A clinical study of Deanxit on Treatment of Cardiovascular neurosis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Deanxit in the treatment of anxiety-depression emotion of cardiovascular neurosis. Methods 72 patients with cardiovascular neurosis were randomly divided into research group（n=36） receiving Deanxit plus routine treatment and control group（n=36） doing routine treatment for 6 weeks.Anxiety and depression emotions were evaluated with the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） before treatment and at the and of the 6th week treatment,and comparisons and analyses conducted. Results At the end of the 6st week,the SAS and SDS score significantly lowered compared with pretreatment in the research group（p 0.001） and compared with the control group（p 0.001）.At the end of the 6thweek,excellence rates of the research group and the control group were 88.89% and 66.67%,respectively;those of the research group were significantly higher than of the control group（p 0.05）. Conclusion Deanxit can significantly improve or relieve anxiety-depression emotion of patients with cardiovascular neurosis and its efficacy is better than the routine treatment.
