下丘脑错构瘤的临床及影像表现分析

目的 探讨下丘脑错构瘤的临床及影像表现特征.方法 回顾分析2例经手术和临床证实的下丘脑错构瘤的临床及影像表现,同时复习国内文献报道15例.结果 患者临床主要表现为性早熟及痴笑样癫痫.肿块位于鞍上池,与灰结节及乳头体相连.CT表现为等密度,MRI表现为等皮质信号或T2WI呈稍高信号.CT和MRI增强扫描肿块均不强化.结论 下丘脑错构瘤临床及影像学表现均有明显特征性,根据临床及影像学表现易于与鞍区其它病变鉴别.

Clinical and Imaging Findings of Hypothalamic Hamartomas

Objective To sum up the clinical and imaging features of hypothalamic hamartomas. Methods 2 cases and 15 cases reported by literatures with hypothalamic hamartomas conformed by surgery and clinic were studied retrospectively. Results The main clinical findings were precocious puberty and gelasmus epilepsy. All masses were located in the suprasellar cistern, and were closely related to the tuber cinereum or the mammillary body. The masses presented as isointense on CT, and iso -signals to gray matter both on TIWI and T2WI, or slightly high signals on T2WI sometimes. All masses were not enhanced after enhancement scans on CT and MRI. Conclusion There are some characteristic findings on clinic and imaging in hypothalamic hamartomas. It is easily differentiated from the other diseases within suprasellar cistern based on the imaging and clinical features.
